I've gone back to edit this piece many times and couldn't figure out how to put it together until yesterday. A couple years go by and I find myself reminiscing the footage, and I can't help but notice the innocence that Andi, Matt (dp), and I shared when we made this film. This is one of those moments when we took out a camera and we just...did it. Since then, time has been exciting and scary because we're all growing creatively and moving forward in our careers. I view this footage from a totally different perspective from when we shot it, and I find that really amazing.
